SIG Goodness
Initiatives
With a commitment to positive change, SIG Goodness is at the forefront of driving sustainable progress and empowering communities worldwide. SIG Goodness believes that every action counts. By aligning our efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we tackle some of the world's most pressing challenges, including poverty, climate change, inequality, and more. Through our collaborative initiatives, we empower individuals, organisations, and governments to take meaningful steps towards a sustainable future. By leveraging our extensive network and expertise, we facilitate partnerships, foster innovation, and drive impactful projects that make a real difference.

United Nations
Global Compact
As the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, the UN Global Compact has brought together over 20,000 participants across 167 countries since its launch in 2000. Built on ten universal principles covering human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, it promotes responsible business practices worldwide. Shelley Tsang, Founder and Chairman of SIG Group Holding, has been a proud signatory since 2018, integrating the UNGC's ten principles throughout operations - from respecting human rights and promoting fair labour practices to environmental stewardship and anti-corruption measures. This commitment demonstrates how private enterprises can actively contribute to sustainable development through concrete actions and global collaboration.

Nature Conservation
and Climate Change
Nature conservation and climate change are profoundly interconnected, with healthy ecosystems serving as vital buffers against climate crises. SIG Goodness is committed to enhancing the carbon sequestration capacity and climate resilience of forests, wetlands and other ecosystems through scientific conservation and restoration. We bring together scientists, communities and businesses to advance nature-based solutions—from curbing deforestation to promoting renewable energy, from protecting biodiversity to fostering sustainable land use. These initiatives not only restore vitality to nature but also create a future where humanity thrives in harmony with the planet. Facing these dual global challenges, we believe collaborative action is the only path to safeguarding our fragile and precious world.

Gender Equality and Women Empowerment
SIG Gender Equality and Women Empowerment is committed to building a discrimination-free society where every woman can realise her potential. By addressing systemic barriers in education, the workplace, and leadership domains, we provide women with skill-building programs, mentorship initiatives, and platforms for amplification. These efforts not only foster individual growth but also infuse societies with renewed vitality and perspectives. We believe that when women participate equally across all sectors, community economies and innovation capabilities will be fundamentally enhanced. Through collaborative partnerships, we are transforming gender equality from an aspiration into a tangible reality.

Religious Arts Studies Association
The Religious Art Studies Association (RASA) is a cultural organization founded by experts in art, culture, religion and education, dedicated to preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of religious art. Encompassing architecture, painting, sculpture, music and other art forms inspired by religious traditions, religious art represents a vital part of humanity's cultural legacy. RASA establishes an international platform for academic exchange, supporting research, creative work and dialogue on religious art. By bringing together scholars and artists worldwide, we strive to safeguard this unique heritage and foster its innovative development in contemporary society, ensuring its continued relevance and vitality for future generations.

Anti-Generational
Poverty Association
The Association Against Inter-Generational Poverty is dedicated to breaking the persistent cycle of intergenerational poverty through targeted interventions and collaborative action. Recognising poverty as both a moral imperative and a critical socioeconomic issue, our work focuses on two core pillars: raising public awareness about the structural roots of generational disadvantage and providing practical financial literacy education to empower marginalised communities. By combining grassroots outreach with evidence-based programs, we equip individuals and families with the tools to manage resources, build sustainable livelihoods, and ultimately escape poverty’s self-perpetuating trap.

Reboot
for the Elders
REBOOT is a non-profit organisation challenging age-based stereotypes by empowering retired individuals to rediscover their purpose. We create meaningful opportunities for seniors to re-enter the workforce while building social connections through intergenerational networking events. Our programs enable experienced seniors to share wisdom with younger generations, fostering mutual understanding and knowledge exchange. By restoring vocational mission and self-worth, we help seniors regain confidence while making valuable contributions to society. Through this holistic approach, REBOOT transforms retirement into a new chapter of growth and fulfilment.
